Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your MochiPop experience! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we can no longer accept returns or offer exchanges.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in its original condition
It must be returned in the original packaging
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and funds will be applied to your original method of payment.
Haven't Received Your Refund?
If it's been a while since your refund was approved but you don't see it in your account:
1. Check your bank or credit card account again—some payments take a bit longer to process
2. Contact your credit card company or bank—they may be able to provide more details
3. If you've tried these steps and still need help, reach out to us at support@mochipop.club
Exchanges
We happily replace any item that arrives defective or damaged. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right!
Shipping Your Return
You'll be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable. For a smooth process, please use a tracked shipping method and wait for our confirmation email with instructions before sending your return.
